Joyce Network, Inc. was established in 1986 as a not-for-profit organization that is contracted with USDA, the provider of CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program), to administer the program. The Child and Adult Care Food Program is designed to reimburse licensed day care home providers, certified Legally Licensed Exempt Providers (LLEP's), Centers and Ministries for balanced meals served to those enrolled.
Joyce Network, Inc. is a CACFP claims processing organization. There office personnel continually attends training with the Indiana Department of Education and USDA. The nutrition training is CACFP based meal training and they pass it on to their participants.
Joyce Network, Inc. provides participants continual support of all program regulations, sanitation requirements, cycle menus and all forms participants are required to maintain in order to be eligible to participate in the CACFP program. They do spot checks of their participant’s locations to confirm they are serving the foods they place on their claims and are keeping the proper documentation they are required to maintain.
Joyce Network, Inc. receives claims from their participants and submits them to the Department of Education for reimbursement. Once the Department of Education processes the claim Joyce Network, Inc. receives and distributes the reimbursement to the participant that filed the claim. Joyce Network, Inc. also offers an internet claim system, Minute Menu, for their participants to enter their own claims online. Joyce Network Inc. reviews the claims for accuracy prior to submitting to Department of Education for reimbursement.
Joyce Network, Inc. offers sponsorships for the CACFP program to licensed Family Day Care Homes, Certified Legally License Exempt Providers, Centers, and Ministries. In the following Indiana counties Bartholomew, Brown, Clinton, Decatur, Delaware, Fayette, Franklin, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Henry, Johnson, Madison, Marion, Monroe, Randolph, Ripley, Rush, Shelby, Wayne.
We offer continual training and support to facilities on the Child and Adult Care Food Program.
In our efforts to consistently improve the experience that we offer our facilities, Joyce Network will now be offering Minute Menu an Internet claiming system to any and all Daycare Homes under our sponsorship.
